MOA will be fine, I just prefer Mil. If you are concerned with the graduations being true, you can start with a box test at 100. I was dialing 9 MOA and actually getting about 9.375 or so. That was what led me to test where I shot a group, then dialed up 28 MOA and shot another. Both tests told me the same thing, that I needed a correction value of 1.036 put into my app for the scope adjustments. Which is really no big deal, just as long as you know what your scope is actually dialing. This was also on the fixed power 10X version.

Of course you could just not worry about it, and let that be part of the correction when you true up the trajectory on your app. Either way, as long as it is being accounted for. Probably this is what most folks do anyways.

I'm sure someone it going to ask, but the range I tested this on is 100 yards on the nose. It has been verified by 3 different high quality rangefinders. Bench is concreted in and target stand is fixed in place. Test was shot using a custom 6.5 Creedmoor that shoots in the .2-.3 range very consistently.

I ordered a fixed 10X, a fixed 20X and a 3-15X variable. Again I am amazed that there is nothing other than the scope in a plastic bag included in the plain white box. The rings that came with them are marked "made in China"

Have them sitting here in front of me. The 10X will be going on a 300 Black Out, the 20X on a 50 BMG and the 3x15 maybe on a 308 Win.

I know the glass will be inferior but time will tell if they hold up as well as my higher end stuff.

        Done Deal.....

Mounted the 3x15 Super Sniper on a FN SPR 308 Win. this afternoon while the sky was falling.

I bought a set of medium Badger rings for it but they were a bit higher than I wanted so I swapped them out for a set of Badger low's I had on my .22 trainer.

Am I looking at a US optics scope on top of a 22?

Yes it is. They are pretty nice pieces of glass. The internals allow me to shoot out to 400 yards with the dials.

Wow! What's the wind drift like on a 22LR at 400 yards? I need to try that with my Kidd build.

I looked at 2 MOA versions and one was 100 moa and the other was 120 moa. The mil versions didn't say how much elevation they had. I think there is 3 something mils on 1 moa so I would think the mil versions would be 30-40 something mils of adjustment.

Now if you have a 0 moa base that's going to give you about half of the adjustments that's useable. Might would be best to use a 20 moa base

have the 10x42 classic non hd and it is awesome. I have the moa quad reticle. glass is clear and easy focus with setting the eye relief and using the parallax. I like it a lot for $300 cant find anything better.

I received one today WITHOUT the Butler Creek covers even though listed on the invoice in the box. Seems to be well made and will be fine for my application. Glass seems to be high quality.
