SBR Input Please

Would like to know this as well, also if a lower is filed Form 1 would the gun HAVE to be built or could it wait and be built at later date after approvals? I have a form 4 sbr but was going to Form 1 a couple of stripped lowers to have and build up. Haven't done a Form 1 yet so was just looking for clarification on that.

I guess I could expand on this, could you file form 1's for stripped lowers, include all the details, barrel length, caliber, etc but NOT build the guns once it has been approved? As in the stripped lowers would sit in the safe until I was ready to build them and not run into any issues legally? Just get them engraved and let them sit or??

Can you SBR 1 or more receivers and then build them into whatever was planned at a much later date?

ie if I was to buy a couple of stripped lowers, get the SBR stamp. Could I wait to actually build guns or do you need to assemble them once you have approval to be within the law?

I understand that I can but no idea if I am right or wrong or where to even start looking to find out

SBR the lowers and let them sit. You can even build them with 16" or as a pistol until you get your stamp.

One sbr thinking about a second. Three supressors is about the max I think I need. 5.56, .22, and I have yet to buy a 7.62. I know I did it backwards and the 7.62 will cover the lower calibers, but I already own it so I'm keeping it
