+1 for the federal tactical bonded 62 grain. Like $42 for 20 rounds

I have heard that through an SBR the velocity is so slow it becomes able to pierce armor. Just ruhmor I heard can't back it up

Velocity is what causes damage to steel.. Shoot a piece of steel with a 30-30, and then shoot it with a 300 RUM. Which do you think is going to cause more damage?

Like I said I can't back it up completely. The guy who told me knows his stuff very well and it was said casually and I didn't ask for details. Likely referring to over penetration of barriers. due to he lower velocity not causing the bonded core to expand. It was why he was having difficulty getting the ammo approved for use in an SBR

              GREEN TIP ... ( 5 mags total )

I have another 6 mags in a vest w 55gr steel case ammo as well.

If that and ammo in my pistol/pistol mags is not enough.....
then I had better start hooking+jabbing
