Day 267 on an Eform 4 Trust for me. Reached out to my congressman (Kieth Self) to see if maybe that would speed up the process. Same BS excuse as to why it’s taking so long, “high volume of applications” blah blah.

But, what was interesting is they said the NICS was run on 04/12/2023 with a response given. They wouldn’t disclose what the response was.

What I don’t understand is if an instant check was done almost a month ago, why was the application not marked “Proceed”, “delayed”, or “Denied”? If delayed surely it wouldn’t take almost a month to review after that.

I would encourage anyone waiting on their item to contact their representatives and put pressure on the ATF.

Had 5 clear last week. Shortest dated one was 5 months. Looks like they cleared them all in one batch. Now for the next dozen or so to clear

Food for thought. I bought 2 more cans a couple of years ago at the exact same time. I received 1 of them in 2 months. The other took 6 months. There really is no rhyme or reason to any of it.
