As the processing of paper forms comes to a close, one could anticipate the transition of those employees to the electronic side and help with approval times as well. (But we are talking about the Feds and that would make too much sense).

I heard they were trying to finish up completing the paper form back logs so the eforms would be stopped/slowed on processing until the paper forms got caught up.
