      The way you can be 100% sure with any ACOG is to call Trijicon and ask them to verify the serial number. They will do it with no hassle, tell you real or not, manufacture date, model info, customer (civilian or government), etc. Takes about 2 minutes.

      Easy as that.

        Trijicon does have multiple brightness levels and red or green is available.
