I agree Barrel length doesn't effect accuracy. I get tired of saying that too catslayer.

What does affect accuracy is quality parts and quality manufacturing processes. Hardened arms.. if i remember correctly is the ones that sell for super cheap. May be the best it can do..

If you're unsatisfied with that you may very well end up chasing your tail. There's a whole list of things that go into making a rifle shoot nice groups. IMO you started out working against yourself with the choice of manufacturer.

    Check your mount, scope, rings

Check to make sure the rail you put on it isn't contacting the barrel or gas block.

I'd say with 3 different shooters you can rule out shooter error.
I agree. And at the time I thought I could squeeze by with a cheaper upper for the time. But I ain't happy so it's going back and I bout the RRA PREDATOR of the classifieds.

Hardened arms is cheap. But Atleast the owner told me to send it back and they would refund my money. I can't ask for more than that.

I checked mount several times, it's a Larue LT 104 mount. I put rail on, then they dissembled it and put it back together also no contact anywhere.

RRA predator upper, had the extra lower already built with timney trigger so I put it on. Will keep the RRA lower for another upper some day.

              Elite iron wrap.

If you build again, go with AR15 Performance barrels.
The price is good and quality is amazing.
