More so than with larger/heavier rounds, the bullet selection is more critical in my opinion, especially with a heart/lung shot where you want an exit would in case they run a few yards. For example I don't think you want to put a 40gr hollow point into the heart and lung area. It will likely kill them but might be almost impossible to track if they don't drop in their tracks.
So I am assuming that as long as I stay with the 60-80gr loads I should be fine. Anyone have any other input? Also does anyone have any experience using 75gr Amax for hunting?
