I saw a article about them making that a couple months back
Curious about the ballistics on it
The 175-grain 28 Nosler is topped with an AccuBond LR bullet and has a muzzle velocity of 3,125 fps. The 160-grain cartridge boasts an AccuBond bullet, which according to the company’s numbers leaves the muzzle at 3,300 fps.
To give some context, at 160-grains the 28 Nosler is around 300 fps faster at the muzzle than one of the most popular round in the caliber – the 7mm Remington Magnum.
Just made my longest shot ever on an animal yesterday with the 26 Nosler - 745 yards. I dialed up 11.75 MOA and squeezed one off. Pow.......whop, deer down (MLD). The factory 140 accu-bonds shoot just as good as my reloads, so I'll continue shooting them for the brass. Entrance was a perfect pencil sized hole while the exit was a ragged quarter sized hole.

My dad has an X-Bolt that shoots lights out with factory loads.
I just got him a set of Redding dies for his birthday in February to start reloading for it.
Gonna start with 140gr. ELD-X and Retumbo.
