Guy I have now run about 150 rounds through my 6.8 (Red X Arms upper) and I am starting to have feed issues with the gun. After the 1st 100 rounds I thought perhaps the gun was dirty so I broke it down and cleaned it real good. Go out this weekend and start playing around with it again and after the 1st 20 rounds go through I start to get the same issue again. I wish I had taken a picture of exactly what it is doing. Best I can explain is it is feeding another round into the chamber without ejecting the spent round all of the way out. I am running 6.8 D&H mags with magpul 6.8 followers in them. Every mag seems to have the same issue. Is this feeding issue because of my mags or does this have something to do with my buffer tube and spring? Do I need to move up to a 7.62 buffer tube and spring? The current spring and tube are 223/5.56. All help is appreciated!!!

I ran (2) 100 round drums back to back through my Colt 6933 suppressed with no stoppages at all. This was with very dirty Tula ammo.

Sounds like a weak extractor spring to me which is letting go of the case too early, then trying to load the next round while the spent case is still in the chamber. I would also inspect the extractor again, all corners need to be SHARP, no burrs, no rounded edges/corners. If it checks out, replace the spring and try again.
