300 win mag, 7mm mag, or either in an ultra mag if you're trying to knock them over at that range. If you're just popping them when you see them for population control, any of the standard deer calibers would suffice. I wouldn't be using a lower 20s caliber though (22-250, 223, etc.).....
30-06 old school bolt gun. If you know what a natural point of aim is and have decent trigger control, you'll be fine well beyond 300 yards either in the prone or with a solid rest as long as the wind speed is low. Practice shooting where you will be doing the killing if you can (target under feeder from your blind).
