There is the need of a 3.5mm cord from the scope to the monitor adaptor. One like you'd use to connect your phone into your stereo.

You can get an ac charger for your battery, or get a solar panel and charge controller and let the sun do it.

I have been trying to find a way to make my screen smaller and yall seem to want it bigger. Im thinking I'll stick with the size I have now, what do yall think? It is nice being able to watch the crosshairs when my kids are shooting

That is very cool, and you made it, which takes it to a whole 'nother level. Two questions:

                        1. What IR illuminator are you using?
                        2. Has the screen ever illuminator your face enough for a target to see and then spook?

Im using a UF T20 that that I converted to IR with an Oslon Black IR led and 1000ma driver. ( the same thing as a UNV T20 ). The screen brightness is one reason that I have been wanting to use a smaller screen. I have not been busted due to the brightness. It does produce a "glow" but it isnt really that bright unless I aim at something real close.

Here are a couple pictures after the sun came up.
