                    I cannot figure out how with the hand position where the case entered the back of the finger. Strage entry point and how holding the finger over the case mouth... but its on the internet, so Its gotta be real..?!

                      I actually did this in high school when first starting to reload. I was reloading 357 Magnum shells and got lazy or in a hurry during the sizing/priming stage and had my finger on top of the casing when I ran it up I to the die. I immediately felt sick to my stomach and 8 stitches later I learned a valuable lesson about reloading.
                      You have to really stay focused on what you are doing while sitting at the reloading bench!
