I tried to work bone collector and wad cutter in a catchy sentence, but I guess I should keep my day job because I got nothing. Prayers sent his way, I have a feeling he got in a hurry and got in the way.

Operator error on that one. How it happened is simple. He put his booger hook in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

I load on a progressive and its manual indexing but I can see how having your finger in the wrong place can cause that. He had to pull the locator button with the other hand to remove the case from the shell plate. I bet that was an exciting few seconds.
