The other thing I don't understand is WHY if you already have a CHL (meaning the back ground check has already been done) can they not just take your CHL# see that everything is good and send back your tax stamp? Seems they are creating the back log by not keeping up with current technology and the ease of pushing buttons. Waiting as well....
