    I'd go with a SIG 2022.

My vote is for the CZ 75 series 9mm. One of the best in the world.

I like Glock, think you should meet up with some guys on here and shoot all the guns you have interest in. One may "speak" to you.

              I'm definitely tryin. Lol

Messed with the xd 9's earlier today an liked the feel and trigger pull. It's still longer than I like, since my 1911 has spoiled me, but it was smoother to me than the M&P

You will never get a 1911 trigger feel out of any SA/DA/DAO/Safe Action trigger. I recommended the Walther PPQ because it has the smoothest, lightest trigger pull of any of the polymer frame pistol on the market. There is a light short take up(as with any of the SA/DA pistols) then it breaks at a very light crisp 5lbs that feels like 2lbs to me.

I know I'll never get the trigger like a 1911.. Makes me sad. Lol. I'm by no means set on what I'm getting yet. I've only messed with 3 or 4 different pistols. Still many more to play with before I decide. I'll check out the Walther for sure

Either on is fine really. Lookin at the strikers the most cuz I want high cap. If I get a hammer it's gonna be a 1911

                        9mm options...

Cheap but great quality and can improve trigger..Glock 19
Cheap but great quailty and a iffy trigger upgrade..M&P 9c
Moderate cost with a heavy trigger ...Sig Sauer P226
Costly with a middle of the road trigger..H&K P30

It is just me and these are the only ones that I would own of use, call me a snob..

                          Solid right here ^^^^^^

Apex trigger in the M&P will set you back but it is worth it.
