policies are policies, i understand that. i know there are lots of gray areas out there today. i clearly read on the included page where it says i can't carry, even though i am licensed to do so. without going to HR or whoever else and arousing suspicion, what is your take on this ? NO signs are posted anywhere on the premises. is this standard practice for public companies today as a deterrent, although it is actually "legal" to carry, or, am i committing a sin if i bring a firearm to work ?

Do private property owners have the right to exclude license holders from their property?
Yes.
Private property owners may give notice excluding license holders from carrying concealed handguns. Official Notice must comply with state mandates as described below.
My understanding since it it your place of work, written polices make it illegal to carry. Just like if I tell you, dont carry at my house. I dont have to post a 30.06 sign to stop you.
