Found this in a thread from last week where someone saw a few different ones at a walmart.

Would one take a 6920/6940 into battle? It's a Colt but is it a "Colt"??

this is a brand new 2013 Colt upper on a M16 lower....No work needed to the gas system and never had any hiccups

That was me. The SIG also had Magpul furniture. These are most likely the cheapest you'll find the Colt's. You'd be hard pressed to find someone to beat Wal-Mart prices even without the AWB craze.
