Full size 380?

I am looking for a full size 380 for my wife. I am trying to find something that she can enjoy shooting with little recoil. She likes the size of my g19 but the grip is to big for her. She has small hands so something single stack would be nice. Any suggestions?

Why a .380? I'd rather get her a mid sized 9mm with a single stack mag. I wonder if she'd enjoy shooting that more?

Not to mention the bullets are cheaper.

I've personally never shot a 380 so I don't know how much difference there is in recoil. She is new to shooting and isn't real comfortable with the recoil of my glock 9mm so I figured I would buy a full size 380 and see if that is better for her. If she doesn't like it either then, oh well, another caliber for my collection

Ruger just came out with the LC380. Same size as the LC9, but in 380. Not exactly full size, but should be a pretty decent fit. Otherwise the Walther as mentioned above.

Either of these are good! Also check the Beretta 84F. Tuarus also makes a clone of the 84F. These are cool because they hold a butt load of rounds in a double stack mag.

Check out the Beretta cougar if you can find one. Sweet 380 and solid shooter.

I forgot about the Beretta...Those are cool guns and would have more weight than a snappy CC gun.

I read about the Ruger LC380 and it seems like it would be a good one to consider. I still don't like that .380 is more expensive than 9mm.

Sig 232 is single stack, my Fiance thoroughly enjoys hers.

Look at a Bersa 380. Good weight to it so little recoil.

look into a Baretta, wife loves the way hers fits, but everyone is different.

Bersa Thunder or Sig P238. Both good guns. My wife will never let me get rid of the Sig. She likes shooting it and the slide is easy enough for her to handle with no problem.
