I have had good luck with Reloader 19, esp. on 100 and 105 grain bullets. But as several have mentioned, seating depth is very important.

My .243 was the most finicky gun I've ever loaded for. Finally got a subMOA load with the 85 grain Sierra BTHP. It shoots that and the 70 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip very well. It shoots Hornady 100 grain BTSP okay. Everything else is a shotgun pattern. Try experimenting with the seating depth. If that doesn't help, move on to another bullet.

If you can get away with shooting a 75 gr bullet, the following recipe allows me to shoot one ragged hole from my Remington 700 ADL.
.243 Winchester; TEST RIFLE:REMINGTON 700 ADL
Bullet: Hornady Varmint 75 GR HP 6mm-.243"
Powder: 41.9 grains of IMR 4064
Primer: CCI Large Rifle No. 200
Brass: Remington
COAL: 2.640"
Results: Most Accurate
Notes: Most accurate load tested. Capable of shooting one hole groups.

Bullet seating depth (how far off the lands) ?
I adjust these before crossing a certain bullet or powder of the "able to use" list for a particular gun.
Good luck and have fun
Thanks for all the reply's!

Agree with the guys saying play with seating depth. If I remember right my regular load is 41.5gr H4350 95gr Ballistic Tip. I did a LOT of experimenting about 10yrs ago and settled on this load. I think I am .03 off the lands. ( it is all written down at home ) The only problem is the bullet doesnt hold together very well. On coyotes etc its great but it sure does mess up a lot of meat on a deer, and sometimes doesnt exit. I tried the Nosler Partition but groups went to crap. ( relatively ) Out of a Rem Mod7 20" whippy little barrel I was getting 5/8" to 3/4" groups. Factory Rem Corelokt was 2".....
