To the top...I got my ti phantom and the 12.5" AAC BO this week.
Been researching various powders and will trying some oddballs to see if any velocities in the 110gr can be improved while holding accuracy.
Thanks to Mike D & H-D for helping me get started...I got some Hornady brass in & H-D has offered to help me convert some of my 5.56 in the future, but I can at least get started with factory. Both gents have also helped the eager beaver in getting a head start. The 110 barnes are on back order with Midway but my compadres have helped me with components to get going.

sounds Like H110 & WW296 are the main powders of choice (especially for the 110gr) but I have always like messing with oddball propellents and just happen to have 10 pounds of the obsolete WW680, which was the best powder ever for the K-hornet. This is real close to the 4227 Jason is asking about and I have some of that too I can try.
Both 680 & 4227 MAY be too low, but worth trying...I really hope the 680 works a wonders as I don't use if for anything and really need to build another k-hornet to go with all this powder if doesn't pan out. I also did some research and they are saying V120 is getting super accuracy with the 220 subs & I have 2lbs of that. Why I have it, who knows...I have a thing for the Vit line of powders.
Check out the burning rates here...I'm going to hunt down some N110 as well and test it for velocity too. It looks to split hairs between 296 & H110.
Jason asked about 4227 above & I am familiar with this powder but did not group or reach velocities with the K-hornet like Winchester 680 (no longer made but man do I love the way those ball powders meter).
Was really planning on doing the 6.8 before the 300, but excited about the build.
