    Hornady 150gr, Nosler 168gr BT, SMK 168, and I can't remember what the 125 and 220 are. I will look when I get home.

        I have been running Nosler 125gr BT's with Lil'gun for supers with no issues. Chrono averaged out to 2090fps. This is through an AR platform

          I have no problem running supers, I'm having trouble getting subs to run. It ejects the fired round but does not pick up the next one from the magazine.

              Let us know after you run the 1680.... I have seen some other data on that but haven't tried it yet.

                  Wasn't trying to be a smart *** there Bucky. But to answer your question I don't remember where I got it. I probably googled 300 blackout load data and found it.

                    1680 is the ticket for my cycling issues. Now I just have to back off a little on the load as I'm still over 1200fps with an 8" barrel and 200 grain bullets using 11 grains of 1680.

                      I finally got out recently with some loads of 1680 behind a 220 SMK.

                      10.9 seemed to be the factory equivalent out of my 10" Spikes at ~970fps.

                      I settled on 11.4 which got me to 1035fps. All ran flawlessly though.

                      I'm liking this thang.

                        Time to start playing! I got a mix of bullets, but dang powder is hard to find!!!! These range from 125gr to 220gr.
                        Becareful with a heavy roundnose jacketed bullet at sub velocity, lots of bearing surface n easy to stick, ask how i know lol. Im now loading a cast bullet designed especially for 300aac n works great. Im casting the 14bh loading over 9gr of 4227, it blows turtles to pieces hopefully a pig will step in front of it soon! Will penetrate easily through a 6" oak limb

                          Back up for some more data. I'm about to load some 110gr VMAX for the 300BO. ONLY 2 powders I have so far are A2400 and IMR 4227. Anyone have a load for this combination?

                            To the top...I got my ti phantom and the 12.5" AAC BO this week.

                            Been researching various powders and will trying some oddballs to see if any velocities in the 110gr can be improved while holding accuracy.

                            Thanks to Mike D & H-D for helping me get started...I got some Hornady brass in & H-D has offered to help me convert some of my 5.56 in the future, but I can at least get started with factory. Both gents have also helped the eager beaver in getting a head start. The 110 barnes are on back order with Midway but my compadres have helped me with components to get going.

                            ~~~~~~~~~
                            sounds Like H110 & WW296 are the main powders of choice (especially for the 110gr) but I have always like messing with oddball propellents and just happen to have 10 pounds of the obsolete WW680, which was the best powder ever for the K-hornet. This is real close to the 4227 Jason is asking about and I have some of that too I can try.
                            Both 680 & 4227 MAY be too low, but worth trying...I really hope the 680 works a wonders as I don't use if for anything and really need to build another k-hornet to go with all this powder if doesn't pan out. I also did some research and they are saying V120 is getting super accuracy with the 220 subs & I have 2lbs of that. Why I have it, who knows...I have a thing for the Vit line of powders.
                            Check out the burning rates here...I'm going to hunt down some N110 as well and test it for velocity too. It looks to split hairs between 296 & H110.
                            Jason asked about 4227 above & I am familiar with this powder but did not group or reach velocities with the K-hornet like Winchester 680 (no longer made but man do I love the way those ball powders meter).
                            Was really planning on doing the 6.8 before the 300, but excited about the build.
