    Cheaper than dirt?

What is your experience with cheaper than dirt? Do you like their service? I have been tempted to purchase there because I just can't get ammo from Academy. I often purchase a lot at one time so I don't have to go often.

    Thanks for your opinions.

I have never bought anything from them because they seem to be quite a bit higher. They do have items in stock but 99 for a pmag and 1000 for a case of 5.56 is crazy.

If you support retailers gouging the consumer, then order away. I'm not sure where they got their name, but there's nothing cheap about them.

They will never get another dime of mine. Do a little research on them. Plumb crappy company.

Freedom Munitions is an awesome ammo company here in Houston to deal with. And their prices are good too!

Boycott!!! These guys take advantage of the situation by price gouging, they can go down in flames for all I care.

So much irony in the price gouging and the company name...

Bought ammo and mags after the election and prior to price gouging, etc. I was very happy with my business dealings with them. However after price gouging, I doubt I will do business with them again.

Hope they find some folks to buy their product at their inflated prices, because once the panic passes I think many people will take their business somewhere else.

I could care less about their gouging as I simply won't spend the money for something overpriced. I have never bought from them that I can remember as I have never seen anything worth what they were charging. The name sounds intriguing but from items that I have needed, it was cheaper in name only.

If they have something that I want at a good price, I will buy it and am not going to screw myself in some boycott. Even before the latest rage, I haven't found that product that was cheaper than other online stores.

I dont shop there unless it cannot be avoided, but that being said, you also need to know the the Ft Worth Store Front is "Cheaper Than Dirt Outdoor Adventure's" and is the original Cheaper than dirt. The Cheaper than Dirt most of the problems are coming from are the part that was sold a long time ago and grew into the big internet sales website and the store front in Mckinney tx...

And Im a firm believer that they like to use that information to confuse customers and point the finger at each other over pricing policies. It does not take much time reading posts from a CTD Internet/Mckinney store Rep to leave a bad taste in your mouth and see how he conducts himself online like a child..or just walk into the Ft.worth Store front and see the stupid pricing..

Unless you KNOW an employee or have done ALOT of business with them in the past I would avoid them and spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they value their customers.
