I wasn't looking at model numbers. I went off what I was told it was and the price. I did not know Guns + was price gouging. The fine print came when I got home and was looking it over versus what I was told it was. Completely my fault for letting a retailer take advantage of me. All I want out of this is for everyone else to know that manufactures have not gone up on price and that some retailers have. Do your homework before you buy. If you've had good dealings with them, by all means, refer them. I am a one and done customer and will steer friends and family away from them.

So was the model # specified when you made the deal over the phone? If so then I can see some room for a gripe for sure. Maybe that Jeremy guy did not know exactly what he was talking about? I don't know Jeremy, but I do know Kyle. He has been nothing but a stand-up guy during my dealings. Again, sorry yours was negative.

I called there the other day, and definitely felt like the prices I was quoted over the phone were higher than I'd expected based on this thread and their FB post. I might stop in if I'm ever down that way, but the special trip I'd planned was cancelled after the phone call.

The model number was not discussed over the phone, only that it had Troy rails and sights. Price fell in line with description. I should have pulled everything out in the store and confronted them on the fact they were selling the rifle for well over MSRP. As I've said, I should have checked in store. They are gouging and I don't want anyone else to get burned when there are businesses who are not taking advantage of the situation.
