Long Range shooters post em up..

Going to shot it this weekend.
Put low rings in yesterday to get the scope lower.
The base is a 20 moa and not sure yet how to get it lower.

I already have plans for a cheek pad of some sort.

Probably can't get lower with the 20 moa rail. This is the reason I skipped the rail on my 308, I may regret it though.

It is the HS-T Mrad

I looked at the LR but the the smallest adjustment is .5 moa

I have the regular rail that came with it. I think the 20 moa allowed you to shoot over something like 600 yards.

I ordered a Black Hawk adjustable cheek non slip cheek pad.

Not sure if I will keep the stock or replace.

I got to shot it today. It was windy with gust up to 15

I put about 12 round at 50 yards before I moved to 100 yards.

I was using Remington 168 gr match

This is the table I was using and several 3 shot groups. Pretty pleased for 1st time out.

I have a creek pad ordered had to use my hand to rest my creek on.

Dang good for first load tried and head position issues. Get your pad on and keep playing with loads and this things going to be a shooter!

My 6.8 AR
Shot 1" groups @ 300yds off a sand bag with factory 110gr V-max ammo.
Once I get my Alamo Precision 300wm, I'll stretch the 6.8 out to 600 and the 300wm out to 1k+ at a range I've found not to far from me.

New to the game. My Rem700 sps varmit, barrel floated block bedded. 20moa picatiny. 4-16x50 vortex HSLR. 3 shot group at 600yards.

Here's two of mine both built on older 700 actions by APR. The actions are trued and triggers tuned by Neil Jones.

Hopefully the Thunderbeast will be in before the end of March when I head out west for turkey. Always take the 22-250 and my foxpro call along for the ride.

APR with 26 inch Douglas in 240 WBY, shoots 3 inches at 600 yards with 105 and 115 Bergers. Now wearing a 3-18 vx6 like the one below.



APR with a 22 inch Bartlein in 22-250AI, shoots 1 inch at 300 with 3 different bullets. Planning to take it to 600 soon.



My longest shot on an animal, 493 yards at the chaparral.
