I picked up an appendix carry holster a while back while ordering another one from the same company. Just wanted to try it out. Not very comfortable for me. Anybody else here carry a full sized pistol that way?

Only way I carry. It can take some time to find the right holster and adjust it to work for you. My normal carry gun is a Glock 19, but i also carry a 365 Macro and all steel Commander. All in Tenicor Certum 3 holsters. I've found that going with the shortest possible gun is counter productive. A little slide length helps with tucking the grip and overall comfort in my experience. I carry the 19 in a 17 holster for that reason.

I have been carrying appendix mostly for 41 years. It used to be a full size Colt Trooper III revolver when I was in much better shape.
Now being retired with a spare tire, I appendix carry with a compact.
I have tried ankle, shoulder, small of the back, 4PM, pocket and cross draw over the years.
