Played around with other factory ammo I had but all 165gr and no joy. Bought a box of federal blue box 150s and it shot them just fine.

Why? No idea. Clearly harmonics or something changed with it with the addition of the suppressor. I now handload 150gr soft points for it, never have gone back to play around with the 165s, and it shoots them phenomenally. So I’d say switch up your ammo, try some different grain weight and bullet styles. See if it just changed it’s appetite and now prefers something else.
No question that bullet weight and even bullet base design affect harmonics. I have a 22-250 rifle that doesn't like boattail bullets but shoots 60gr flat base to .25-.33"

My resonator would do something similar. Stack 2 rounds and then a flyer a few inches off. Adjust. Stack two and flyer. Realized that the qd mount wasn’t fully engaged on the notches on the can. Cranked it down to the next notch and it eliminated the problem.

Try the can with a direct thread mount instead of the QD mount

The older YHM QD mounts kind of suck. Wouldn’t be surprised if that was your issue.

Well it was the YHM qd mount.
pulled it off and replaced it with a qd off a proven gun.
shot several different ammo under 1/2” and banged still at 545
