PSA sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. What a pain. I bought it for deer season for my grandson and deer season will be over before I get it working the way it looks.
If you checked the gas block alignment and it's fine, I would almost promise this is an easy fix with tweaking your buffer spring/weight. Can you not look at your order history/ receipt and tell us what those are?Last edited by Clay C; 11-17-2023, 01:15 PM.

But, I'll leave the thread and let him figure it out with yalls help. I got mine fixed......

I took the gun back out just now and it cycled perfectly every shot. I don’t know what was actually wrong with it. All I did was take it apart and put it back together. I did lube it well so maybe that did it. Whatever it was it seems to be good to go now. Got the scope dialed in and ready for a victim. I appreciate all the help in this thread.

I don’t know how old your grandson is, you might be using an AR because of the stock adjustment. If you need something just call or text. Good luck to your grandson !

Well I’m glad it’s working, but now we don’t get to know what the cause was!
Im late to the party, but in my experience if the rifle cycles fine it is usually not a gas issue. Most I’ve owned or dealt with are over gassed to begin with, to ensure reliability in not so clean circumstances among other things.
I’d bet it has something to do with the lower. But until it shows up again(hopefully never) just keep her lubed up well and clean. Should break in some and smooth out which will hopefully help keep the problem from coming back.
