gotta be fresh baked french bread; preferably Leidenheimer (NOLA) or Langlinais (Laffy)

    my favorites:

    soft shell crab

    debris (roast beef)

    shrimp/oyster

    here's a debris RB po-boy recipe

        I got one:

        Step 1: get in car
Step 2: drive to New Iberia
Step 3: pull into Bon Creole and stuff your face

College buddy of mine was from New Orleans and we'd crash at his house for Mardi Gras. His dad would get one that had to be 5 or 6 ft long of roast beef that we would eat on for the three or four days we stayed there, freaking amazing!
