One of the best steaks i've ever put in my mouth. So sad I've been missing out on venison steaks for the last decade or three.

When not over cooked they sure are hard to beat. Especially when you aren't paying inflated prices in the stores.

Those venison steaks look amazing. I'm to the point where I don't care for any steak sauce on my grilled meat. I use Fiesta Brand Uncle Buck's Steak Seasoning or Julio's Seasoning and that's it
