    Shishkabob recipes

Any of you have a good one? I've never grilled them and wanted to make some using some deer, hog and turkey meat.

    Thanks!

On my kabobs I like to have red and green bell pepper, pineapple, mushroom, tomato, and cubed meat. Cooked some with dove this year that were great

This is a fajita marinade from here on TBH-i use it for shishkebobs too.
marinade the meat and vegetables for a few hours if you have the time then grill over a hot fire.

I usually use a chuck steak, 1/4'rd onions, cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms and bell peppers

8 cloves of Garlic (minimum, I use a lot.)
      2 Tbsp of Worcesterhire sauce
      1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
      1 Tbsp of Kosher salt.
      1 Tbsp red chili powder
      Juice of 1 lime (minimum)
2 tsp of fresh ground pepper
1Tbsp of ground cumin (minimum, I use a lot)
      2 tsp of onion powder
Cilantro, chopped. To taste, I use at least ½ -3/4 of a bunch.
¼ cup of of olive oil
3 tsp of red chili sauce
      2-4 minced Chipolte peppers.

put it all in a food processor or blender and blend till its all combined into a semi thick sauce.
