I made this last night for dinner and had leftovers for lunch today. I used the corn and cream of chicken soup. I replaced the hot sause with a can of hot Rotel. I added about a 1/4 cup of Cholula hot sause (wooden top on bottle). I used about twice as much rice and a full cup of water. It is WONDERFUL!! My wife loved it!!
