    Broccoli, zuccini and squash

Since im tryin to eat healthy, thought id try this. First off im not a veggie eater but im tryin to change. Sorta tried this other night. I baked some chicken breast and put broccoli and carrots in with it. Poured allegro marinade and terryaki sauce on it, plus some ragin blaze. Baked all night at 250 covered with foil. Was awesome.

So heres what i did tonight. I took a small bowl, put some frozen broccoli florets in first, then some fresh squash that we froze, and them cut up a fresh zuccini. Then i drizzled some cajun injecter marinade creole on it, then some terryaki sauce topped with some kennys all natural seasoning. Covered with foil, turned it over a few times to coat all of it and stuck it in oven at 170 to cook til about 5:30-5:45 in the morning. Ill take pix of end result in the morning.

Slice or cube up, drizzle with olive oil and tony's and throw in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Great stuff and really healthy. Throw some asparagus and califlower in there too. Good stuff!

A suitable application of butter and bacon will make even the sorriest vegetables worth taking a second look at.

One of our deer camp veggie recipes is zucchini and squash sliced thick with a 8oz can of tomato sauce poured on and all wrapped up in several layers of aluminum foil. Just throw on the coals for about 20-30 mins. Very plain and simple but surprisingly good.

As for broccoli...if you can still see it under the cheese, it needs more cheese
