    Everything was cut/mixed/ground well before stuffing. But my grinder will not stuff without a plate on there. The plate keeps the auger in place. I use the largest cutting plate I have, but I think it's screwing me up. Should I buy a specific Sausage Stuffer?

      Hi-temp Cheese came already cubed in 1/4". And I diced the jalapeños.
