Here is a big ol top sirloin that I smoked for about an hour around 225 degrees. It turned out good. nice little smoke ring from the cherry wood, and nice pink color though out the middle. I've done ribeyes several times as well.... they all turn out delicious. I would suggest smoking steaks if you've never tried it. Its not how I cook all of my steaks, but its definitely a method i like to use from time to time.
