I baked them in a glass dish with 1/4" water, covered in aluminum foil. I find that is the best way to keep the most moisture in the chops.

Well finally ate all the pickles out of a big pickle jar, so last night I put 5 chops into marinate over the next 24-48 hours. Really liked how they turned out last time. Just been waiting for the pickle jar to get empty again.

Brining works much better than marinade

Brining pork and chicken makes meat much juicer and penetrates all the way through.

Try these folks, top shelf product and not a long soak time.

I use their products in bbq comps.

Blended from the best ingredients to be your favorite brine. Brine recipes that are a family favorite. You won't believe the difference a brine makes the juiciness & tenderness of meat.

Dust those bad boys in Ragin Blaze.

Mix up a liquid and then marinate dusted meat in the liquid.

                1 1/2 - cup Italian Dressing
2 - Tbls Lea and Perrins
2 - Tbls Dales Steak Seasoning Sauce
                1 - Tbls garlic juice
                1 - Tbls onion juice

                * you can modify the above for a citrus based marinade by adding lemon or lime juice.

I have heard coating them in powdered sugar and grilling is great.
