Due to it being handy (already in the fridge) the pickle juice peaked my interest.
So I've been marinating the 2 thick chops in dill pickle juice all day. I will be sure to report back on how it went. Don't know if I'll cook them in the pickle juice. Guess I'll google that now
They turned out awesome!!! Very tender & a wonderful flavor. Husband did not guess pickle juice was used, he just thought they were good. Went really well with black eyes peas
