Okay... I have the recipe me and my husband used for Tuna and Amberjack. the directions say to put the pressure cooker on 11... Ours didn't have that setting and we used 10 and it worked well. For the crappie it would be more than enough time since the fish is so tender. We are also going to try soybean oil and see if there is a difference next time.
