    Sausage ?

    I bought 3# of brisket and 3# of pork butt. Am I going to get 6# of sausage or only 3#?

    Did I pick the right meat?

        You will come out with 6# of sausage if your mixing all the meet together for a 50/50 ratio.

          Thanks, that is what I was thinking but wasn't sure. This is my first attempt at making link sausage.
