Also tasty with a good helping of shaved smoked ham and habenero shredded cheese stuffing.
I do similar things with the chicken all the time. Quick, easy, and great if any leftovers!

Preheat your charcoal grill or oven (if oven, I preheat it to 350). I thinly slice my potatoes and onions. Tearing off a large sheet of foil, place potatoes in the center and sprinkle with steak seasoning, garlic salt and black pepper. Drizzle honey over top and top with onions and dabs of butter. Wrap into a bundle and grill/bake for about 30 minutes. ENJOY!!

Forgot to mention a quick tip based off making these numerous times:

Use the cheapest bacon you can find! Trust me! I've use expensive kind & there wasn't enough "stretch" to make the roll up tight. I've also used peppered & it throws off the flavor. A good cheap (under $4) package of bacon hickory flavor is the best tasting bacon for this recipe. I actually find the cheap bacon is better for any bacon wrapped recipe & you don't feel bad using the heck out of it.

to be honest though, you had me at bacon.
