I did this a couple weeks ago and it was awesome.

Cut breast into smaller pieces, about size of a chicken breast or tender.
Get you a pack of the Weber marinade white wine & herb. (may need 2)
Marinade all day then put on a grill, just don't over cook it.

I've always just fried it, but this turned out much better than I expected.

Inject the breast with Cajun Butter Injector. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. Cut in strips and fry (I usually deep fry but no reason it can't be pan fried). Cream gravey.

Also, there is a Wild Turkey Tortilla Soup recipe on page 5. of the Mar/Apr 2012 Texas Bowhunter's Journal. It's Mary's recipe and it is to die for.

Inject it with butter garlic and Tabasco then smoke it. It's great

Man this sounds delicious! Unfortunately, my only opportunity to hunt turkey this year left 1.5 hours ago without me....stupid work. Hopefully, next year I'll get to try some of these. Yum!

Thanks y'all. Keep em coming! I've got two turkeys to cook for 2.5 people. So probably can make 4-5 meals.
