    Shrimp Remoulade Salad

    1 bag of spinach
    2 avocado's
    1 lb of 10-15 count cooked shrimp

    Remoulade Dressing
    1/2 cup Mayo
    1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
    1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
    1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    1 tablespoon Sweet relish
    Dash of cayenne

    Mix it all together (the sauce ingredients) and chill for an hour
    Top spinach with shrimp and sliced avocado then pour on some remoulade.

    Also works well with crawfish tails.

    Posted it just incase you wanted to lose the winter coat.

      The remoulade dressing is also good just for dipping crawfish tails. About 6 years ago I ate at a place called Trout Street in the marina at Port A and had this. I've been looking for the dressing they used ever since. It's pretty dang close.

        This does look like one to try ..I like a good salad when the weather is hot outside.
