    Whataburger Jalapena Cheddar Bisquits

I really like the above bisquits. Especially in the egg sandwick. So I tried to make using severla recipes finally found one that is darn good.

    2 cups all purpose floor
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 TSP of Baking Soda
    3 TSP of Baking Powder

6 Tsp of butter cubed and very cold.

    1/2 Butter Milk

1 chopped Jalapena seeds or no seeds depending on how much heat you like

    3/4 sharp cheddar

combine all the dry stuff, then mix in butter. I use a dough blender

Add butter milk mix to it looks right

Spread to about 1/4 inch think and use a cutter to cut round bisquits.

bake at 450 until golden brown on top.

    So good

Is the baking soda and baking powder teaspoons or tablespoons? Confused because the salt is teaspoon spelled out. Others are TSP. Thanks they look really good.

              I used tablespoons for them.

                    I assume it’s 1/2 cup of buttermilk.
