    2 ingredient biscuits

Mom sent me this, thought I would share..

2 cups of White Lilly self rising flour. (tried other brands doesn't turn out as good imo)
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream.

Use flour on cutting board when rolling out and cutting out the biscuits or it gets pretty sticky.
I like to cut mine out pretty thick and make big ol cat head biscuits.

    450 degrees for 20 minutes

I've had good luck with this after seeing on youtube. I've found the only way to mess it up is overworking the dough. Good stuff.

I love cat head biscuits and make them all the time when we’re up at the ranch. If you’re like me and you don’t keep self-rising flour around, here’s a simple recipe to convert your AP flour to self-rising:

      1 cup AP flour
      1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (but I prefer 1/2 teaspoon)

I use buttermilk in my biscuits but I bet that full-fat whipping cream will yield a tender biscuit the likes of which’ll make your eyes roll back in your head!

Just tried these. Not bad, not bad at all. Gonna have to keep this one. Thanks for posting the recipe.
