    I have been told that all fruit has the same number of crabs (sugars). So eating an apple vs. grapes is the same as long as the portion size is the same.

      My mother has been eating this way for a few years.. I always see her eating fresh veggies and fruit.

        Find you a book on the glycemic index, you'll be surprised what you can eat and what is'nt good for you that you thought was ok.
