    Been doing it this way for two years now after getting a dehydrator as a wedding gift from Buzzbait.

    Cut meat in 1/4" strips and marinate them for 24 hrs.
    Marinate consists of 1 cup soy sauce, 4oz liquid smoke, and 4oz worstershire. (for 5lbs meat)
    Place strips on dehydrator rack and sprinkle with course ground black pepper and any other spices. Let it go at 155 degrees for 10 hrs.

    sounds good. I asked Santa for a dehydrator for Christmas. cant wait to try this recipe.

      Jason, that sounds like it will work, but how do we really know?

        made some today and this stuff is good easy for a first timer

            I use the same but i use ground deer and beef mix mix all together put in fridge over night then make real thin patties and put in dehi over night.
