    Britton ranches

I hunted with this guy two years in a row. I harvested two mulies and a couple of Javelina's. I also saw a bunch of foxes and coyotes. The money isn't bad but he is really serious when he tells you the average per hunter is about 42%. We hunted the same ranch next to the Rio Grande. Not sure about the Ft. Davis area. BTW we hunted the first week one year and the second week the next. Make sure your in top physical shape if your going out towards Van Horn. It's all up and down! Have fun Pm me for any more information. I have pictures of the one of the deer I killed. I'll post one.

A friend of mind hunted up ther about 4 yrs. ago, I believe the same pasture you are going to hunt. He would climb the mountain early morning and glass all day moving around every hour or so and in the evening he would glass a water hole and ended killing a nice 160 class muley. He said it was a beautiful place and saw quite a few animals.

I hunted the 20section place on the rio grande. I wont be going back. Its been over hunted and over grazed. We saw 50+ horses, 20 or so jav., a few coyotes, fox. And we shot a few jav, 2 gamble quail, a 32" audad and a 5x5 muley. For the money its not bad. But as hard as i hunted i was ****** off with not seeing any other muleys to shoot.
