I was only able to get a few pictures of animals from the stands I hunted, but I saw a lot more animals when I was there at the end of Oct.

we will hopefully be going in Feb. I liked the place so much I have brought about 9 defferent people to it. My kids are starting now and hopefully it goes as well as past hunts. if you can't find a pig to shoot at there you need to find a new sport.

                Chambers Bowhunts Ranch..

My son and I just hunted the ranch last weekend 16-18 Oct 2009. It was one of the most exciting hunts I have been on in the 30 plus years I've been hunting. The first night my son shot his first hog (not to mention this is his first year bowhunting and second time out). I was waiting for the 8-10 point Whitetail buck that everyone was talking about (and my son saw on the first night) so I hunted several stands in the local area. Sunday morning I finally settled for a 3 year old 8" curved spike. Shortly after dragging the spike out guess who shows up with his 6 point buddie...ya! the big 8 point. Oh well that gives me another reason to shoot back down there. I can honestly say if you want to have an awsome hunting opertunity you have to go, our guide "Scooter" knows the ranch like the back of his hand and WILL put you on game. Not to mention the hunt packages are priced right for what you get. If anyone of you want first hand info on the hunt and what to expect write back.

Hey Dus, looks like your a newbie so welcome to the fire. Do a search for Chambers Bowhunting and you will find tons of info. I have never been but it seems to be a pretty decent place.

                          Chmbers Ranch

Used to hunt the Chambers Ranch a lot but haven't been there in a couple years. Mr. Chambers is a friend of mine and is a stand up guy. I know he still has good axis and plenty of pigs. A 22" blackbuck may be difficult though. Wish I could help more. Good luck
