Heard alot of good things about this place. Do any of you have any recent info on the place. I am looking for a 32" + axis of a 22"+ blackbuck. What do you think my chances are and do you have an other ranch in mind.

Just got back. I give it a 10 on a 1-10 scale. There are plenty of animals there. I saw Sika buck and does, Red Stag, Axis doe and buck, plenty of Sheep, White tail does and Bucks and spikes, Bison and Water buffalo. Saw two massive six point White tail's the last morning. The animals down there are smart it's not point and shoot it is real hunting!! I went down for a White Tail only hunt for three days. I had plenty of oppurtunities to take a spike or doe and missed an eight point (like I said they are smart, let me know if you get him). The guide (Sean) is awesome, he did everything he could to put me on a buck, and he did the same for everybody down there. My advice is to do a three day hunt and go with the exotic deal. That way you can take either a white tail or exotic. I didn't come home with an animal, but I could have and I will go back down there again. Also, yes, the place is for sale but they are still running it normal, and if it does sell sean will probably stay on so he is still taking care of it. If you have any questions email me ssroseberry@aol.com.

I went last year and had a great time. I only came home with a hog, but passed up shots at does and spikes nearly every hunt. I saw a 3-4 shooter bucks, one being a real nice 8 point, but wasn't able to get a shot. We did a 4 day hunt and I saw whitetails every hunt except one. Every evening I saw between 4-7 bucks and tons of does and hogs. There are also alot of axis deer, sheep, and other exotics. I plan on going back next bow season.
SP -- Yall going down there this season?

Axis
I am not sure about the blackbuck 22" is a monster, but I have a 37" axis from there. The base is 6" and 6 inches from the tip is 4.5" around. I always see alot of axis but they are tough on a 2 day hunt. I have hunted there 6 times and if you have any questions e-mail me and maybe I can help.

I would seriously consider love ranches. their website is loveranches1.com
When i went on my sheep hunt i killed a 36 inch corsican that got number 10 of all time for archery in trophy game records. The hunt comes guided on a 2500 acre ranch. You get good lodging and great food served for you. When i went is saw atleast 5 axis deer with 35 plus inch horns and 2 or 3 blackbucks with 20 inch plus horns. just my thoughts

He was asking about Chambers Bowhunting. Not the fully guided joint your pushing! If you don't have experience with Chambers then don't chime in or don't push another place thats not even close to being in the same price range.
Now as for Chambers.....Its an awesome place to go hunting. The animals are very smart and you have to work for your trophy. I have been in the past and I will go again after deer season. Its the best day hunting ranch I have ever been on. Sean is a kick arse guy who will do just about anything to get you on game.
