Edit:

Saw about the 22 hornet and my brain didn't process it for some reason. That's awesome. My dad has one. Dad, myself and son have all killed something with it. Son loves shooting pigs in the ear with it (I've posted a couple videos on here of him doing that).

I love that little round! My dad’s has killed more turkeys than you can imagine. Quite a few deer too. It’s a fun gun to shoot.

10-4. My son drew JD for youth hog a few years ago. He was the first to choose compartments and on the advice of Sam he chose Unit 10. We corned the heck out of senderos and spotted and stalked. Saw lots of deer and pigs--he shot two pigs.

At the time there was one good blind in the unit and it sat on a T on a long sendero and another sendero that went toward the like. I like your idea of waiting out deer early and late in the blind and then slow walking senderos during the day.

My cousin and I hunted 10 the year Ole Tom and his son were in 9. We had a blast as well but the weather was considerably different. My cousins son killed a 4 1/2 yo 10 close to the lake.
