there is no 2nd draw for those hunts. They just take standby spots for anything that is available.

Uhhh not true, kids went not selected for Fairfield, we have drawn that hunt on 2nd draw before. It seems like you must be selected to get into the 2nd draw but not sure if that's how it works.
